After research and finding inspiration, this was the direction of the logo my clients and I judged suitable.
Since it's a Real Estate Angency, this was an attempt to make the logo look very vertical and straight as the shapes of the buildings.

It is based on a 10x10 mm grid which helped give the bold and powerful look I wanted to give it.
It has a very straight and strong feeling to it to convey confidence, loyalty and accuracy. The logo is in Arabic since the company operates in Egypt only but the slogan is bilingual.
